Try the below to reset the voice control
Switch tv to standby (either with remote, or with button on side of set)
Switch off at plug
Switch on at plug (no waiting necessary)
When red standby light comes on, press Home button on remote.
Gen 1 and Gen 2 Sky Glass & 3 Stream Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Three sky mobile sims.

@Laurajf123_ firstly just to check, are you holding down ( and keeping it pressed down) the voice button on the remote whilst you are talking?
Also does the same thing happen if you try the hands free voice search and say "Hello Sky" followed by what you want to search for?

Hi @Laurajf123_ and welcome to the forum. Occasionally my stream puck voice control stops working and I have found that a reboot always gets it working again. I assume it wil be the same on a glass TV so give it a try. To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device. It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a while before the Sky logo appears.
