Sky glass

I have just had an extension built. I currently have sky Q and I'm wondering if I can get sky glass for the extension without paying for another TV package. So where I just use my current package but through that TV

No, simply not possible, it's either Sky Q or Sky Glass/stream, not both.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
