Sky glass won't pause

Sorry, pause and rewind arent available on this channel

This is the message that comes up when I try to pause a program on Sky Glass Air.

No buttons are stuck on the remote. 

I've unplugged it  (I'm out just now)  & will look when I get home. 

Any ideas meantime? So far,  Not impressed with sky glass, sky Q is better, but I'll give it a chance.

Have you got ad skipping? Also is this all channels? There are specific channels such as those in the 100X range that won't allow pause / rewind etc.

Yes I have ad skipping & I tried a fee channels & they wouldn't pause either

Just to let you know it seems to be working fine after being unplugged.

Only had sky glass for a few days & think sky Q was better. We'll give it a week or so.
