Sky glass won't connect to

Hello, 

my Sky glass won't connect to my sky Internet. My laptop and phone are both fine and I'm not in the areas due to be affected by the outage. 

I've restarted my router a few times and I don't have a long enough ethernet cable to try that.

Any advice please?

Hi @Loz404 I can see you have tried rebooting your router but have a go at the following which has worked for me in the past:

Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router.  Leave for a few minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to completely finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have connected to the internet.
