Sky glass technical issues
Sky glass is torally useless, it is always having technical issues, and freezing. You have to switch off the mains and restart it. This so far has happened 3 times today. My broadband is working as I use the same network for work and my computer does not freeze. I will be cancalling this once my contract runs out.

Re: Sky glass technical issues
Hi @anne111
I have a glass and 4 pucks and don't suffer issues. Network stability is key for streaming to work. Sky recommend 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps Mbps for UHD. You don't say who your ISP is but it would be worth checking your speed your Glass is receiving by opening netflix and going to get help? In the menu and then selecting connection check.
You may have a better experience using an ethernet cable or homeplugs.
