Sky glass, picture blank but audio normal

So I leave the room, walk back in (can be straight away or 5mins) and the screen is black but the audio continues as normal. This is normal tv. It's not sleep mode or the move your remote to continue watching. Changing channel or switching off n on brings picture back. Don't understand why it's happening, had for 18mts n only recent issue.

@for the sake of troubleshooting can you pull the lug on your glass tv and leave out for 5 minutes or so

if it doesn't fix the glitch please report back and I can escalate your issue to the online team

That seemed to work for a short period but it's doing it again! It's also on playlist jumping back to beginning of previous addbreak after the next advert break so you have to fast forward through whole lot to where you should be.
