Sky glass nothing happening when trying to connect it to my account

Second hand sky glass won't connect to my sky account it shows in my account as already mine but its not moving from the screen with the code to connect even after putting it in numerous times

Hi @Tlthomp have a look at the following link to see if it helps you as something may have been missed with the sale & purchase. Buying Sky Glass or Stream second-hand

If that doesn't help some more general things to consider when trying to activate your Glass TV:

Are you signed into your My Sky account at  https://www.sky.com/mysky If not sign in before entering your activation code.

During setup you must also be using the same email that is registered to your account. 

Once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate This is where you can enter your activation code that appeared on your screen during setup.
