Sky glass not streaming

We've got home from work and the sky glass isn't streaming anything we've turned everything off including the wi-fi an tried to reboot it but nothing is working

Try powering the TV off at the mains for a full 5 minutes and trying again.

 

If that doesn't work try resetting your network and rejoining to your network as per the instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-wifi-connection-osm
