Sky glass is the worst streaming service ever

I advise anybody thinking of getting sky glass DON'T it's so bad playlis only works when it wants when my contract ends i will never get sky again they should stop sky streaming until thy no how to do it properly

I have 2 Glass TVs and 4 pucks and it works perfectly well. In fact I have far less issues than I ever did with Sky Q.

Maybe if you post the issues you are having and information such as ISP and broadband speeds etc. The community will try and assist. Rather than a generic statement.

I have had sky glass since it first came out, i now have 2 55inch sky glass tv's a gen 1 and a gen 2 also have a puck sky full fiber to the property broadband gigafast 900mps and i have never had any peblems at all

My sky playlist does not always stream programs i have put in it fast forward or rewind sometimes goes to the end of programs or totally turns off whatever I am watching sky glass does not have plus hour does not have as many channels as sky q  i have had to buy a free view box with hard drive to be sure to record and to watch plus hour i wish I had kept sky q

The streaming service doesn't need the timeshifted +1 channels, as shows are available to watch on-demand whenever you want. And for any live programmes are usually made available shortly after broadcast ( and there is the watch from start feature for shows already in progress).

Anyone who thinks Sky Glass is the worst streaming service around clearly hasn't experienced the joy of EE TV.

The Playlist is probably one of the market leaders on Sky, yes it has glitches with software and third party updates but it's generally accurate and updated as it should. The biggest gripe is the hit n miss of the watched programs indicator that is very poor. 

The continue watching rail is the worst!!!

Oh dear but I've not had many issues the stv player sometimes is annoying but apart from that glass is great

This is not really the place to talk about it, take a look at the TV section of the EE community for the highlights. 

Coming ahead of Virgin Media as "most complained about TV service" when you have about 17 customers is also quite an achievement .
