Sky glass is scratch and u watchable

My partner accidentally caught the tv moving living room round and scratch the tv now the screen is unwatchable and ive rang sky they transfer me to insurance phone gets answers they put it down

We are fellow customers here on the community. Sky are correct in the fact that this is something they would not be covered under warranty.

 

I take it you mean they are trying to put you through to Sky Protect which you have a policy for? Their contact information can be found here: https://www.skyprotect.com/faq
