Sky Glass Gen 2, the screen cycles through solid colors (red, green, blue,

white, black).when turning on and can last an hour before it let's me watch

anything, I've done all the sky tech fixes hard reset etc but nothing seems to

Even though you may have tried, can you do a resetting of your remote and doing the recovery procedure on step 4 in this Sky help article.
