Sky glass delivery changed

I am expecting sky glass to be delivered tomorrow but, I've had an email from royal mail saying it will be delivered Friday.

My sky account still says delivery tomorrow (thursday as arranged) 

I'm confused. And I thought AIT were delivering it.

Has anyone else had this?

@Lulu09  Royal Mail won't be delivering a Glass TV that is delivered by AIT

 

Are you actually getting a Stream Puck as well?

Just the tv.

Sky account says delivery is tomorrow & I was waiting for a time slot (sky said I'd get a message tonight with that) 

But all I've had is the Royal mail message.

I don't understand. 

On my sky app it says delivery is tomorrow as arranged. 

It looks to me like AIT have given it to royal mail to bring it on Friday. 

I'll just have to see what happens.

When I switched from Sky Q to Glass the TV was delivered by AITHD and the return packaging to send back the Q box was delivered by Royal Mail a couple of days later. If you have stuff to return that might be a possibility.

No they won't have, Royal Mail can't deliver such a large item.  

 

AIT have confirmed they are delivering, you'll likley get another email in the morning fromAIT with a delivery slot.

 

I suspect you may have also ordered a Stream puck at the same time, what does your order confirmation show?

Now I have an email from AIT for my delivery tomorrow with a time slot.

You haven't responded to the question about whether you have Whole Room with a Puck for the second room. If you have that's most likely the Royal Mail parcel.

Just had the email with delivery time slot from AIT which is what I was waiting for.

I've no idea why I had royal mail emailing me. Maybe they're bringing a nice surprise 😂🤭

Sorry, I don't know what a puck is so I googled it.

There was no mention of a puck when I ordered sky glass.

There will only be a puck if you previously subscribed to Sky Q with multiroom and had a minibox or have ordered Sky Glass with Whole Home so you can watch TV in more than one room.
