I wish to cancel my sky cinema subscription

@June216  You can't do that on public community.  You can either do that via your account or by calling Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you are not still tied into a contact for your Sky Cinema pack, you maybe able to cancel it from within your MySky app or MySky account online, under Your Products.

 

Otherwise, as above you will need to call Sky.
