Is this UHD or HD? What is your broadband speed, who is your ISP and what speed is your puck getting? You can check this in Netflix (profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check).
Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. 35Mbps if you have more than one sky streaming device.
Stability of the connection between your puck is just as important as your broadband speed. Ensure that your puck isn't enclosed or hidden behind your TV etc. you may also get more stability using ethernet or homeplugs and disabling WiFi in the puck settings.
