Sky Q to Glass switcheroo

Hello!

Have Sky Q currently with one multi room,  but looking to switch to Sky Glass. 
Does anyone know if Sky Q will automatically cancel and switch to Glass contract?

Also, what happens to the multi room option?

Hi @Hannah79  When you subscribe to Glass and activate the subscription your Sky Q and multi room will be cancelled by Sky as you cannot have both subscriptions running at the same time.

When you order Glass you must also order the stream pucks you require at the same time and in addition take out a whole home subscription (basically multi room by another name).

The whole home subscription covers you for up to 3 Glass TVs and 6 stream pucks.  See the link below:
