If you've bought Sky Glass gen 1 or gen 2 (as opposed to Sky Glass Air), the soundbar is built-in and is below the screen itself to the bottom of the front of the TV, running from side to side.
Sky Glass Air doesn't have a built-in soundbar.
Do you know which Sky Glass TV you have?
