Sky Glass location charge

Sky Glass contract ended so I've sold the T.V and I'm being charged a location fee? How do I stop this please.

@Deano34  Did you reset the TV before you sold it as it sounds like perhaps you didn't so the new buyer is using the Glass TV still linked to your account?

Did you remove it as primary device and remove from your account?

If not then give Sky a call.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Deano34

Presumably you've got at least one Stream puck and the Whole Home subscription supplement on the account?
