Hi I have had my glass for about the same time and same issue unfortunately not. I had to buy a new one and they do not sell gen1 anymore so gen 2 at full price. The call centre was good but not as good as when baded in Dunfermline.
interestingly i Chat GPT'd the problem and only two options were available to fix it:
full reset - Done several times - no Joy
replace Mother Bosrd- No considered viable due to cost.
Not any help probably or good news.
I am mow in process of wall mounting, bracket up but bracket is interesting and a challenge in its self. Good luck and I hope you fix it.
