OK I am up and running agian....

So many silly intructions passed on from sky....

 

SIMPLES solution.....  Turn off power --> turn on power -->  as you do hold button on Puck for at least 20 secs......lots of flashing colours --> system needs an update --> you will have to apply an activation code --->you will have to set up your fav channels again but all Playlists are saved.

@Darminder1  Don't assume anything, there is no automatic right to compensation for loss of tv service you will need to discuss with sky

My Puck has stopped working, I cannot access any channels

When I switch my sky box (puck?) on, it flashes for a while then shuts down. Initially I get the Sky logo on screen but after a few seconds it shuts down.  This is a new piece of equipment only a couple of months old.

Well, I have tried unplugging it and leaving it for half an hour, plugging it back in again, holding the button for two minutes, but still completely dead. No red light, no nothing. This is terrible..

Re: Sky Stream Puck stuck on PIN reset

I have the same issue with my puck, only had it a few days as a new Sky customer as well. Keeps going on pin reset then asks me to reset so I do and then gets me to confirm it, tells me the pin is wrong. Anyone know how to resolve this?
