Sky Glass - No Sound

Hi all,

Have a 2 year old Sky Glass TV. Sound has completely stopped functioning. Not an issue with the speaker as it won't even play when I connect Bluetooth. The TV itself has slowed right down and takes ages to load anything. Have done a hard reset but no joy. Any suggestions?

Is is over 2 years old or under ? If under a warranty still applies......

do you have sky protect cover ?

Out of warranty now, unfortunately. No cover either, seems like a software fault as no ones touched the tele.

Will a soundbar work if you plug it through hdmi 2 earc ?

I'll give it a try but nothing comes through on Bluetooth. Which makes me think its the TV. Cheers though

I'm assuming you've factory reset the tv ?
