Have Sky taken away the ability to start a programme once it's already started? I came to start a program which was already 5 mins in and usually I can start from the beginning but it doesn't seem to be available anymore

Hi @James201185  I have used it this morning and it was working fine on my setup.  Have you tried restarting your Glass TV as this will very often resolve minor software glitches?

To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes a couple of  minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.

I also have been using  watch from the  start this morning and it works  fine

It works on Sky channels but Channel 4 and BBC it doesn't. Wondering if it was because they have their own streaming services

Hmmm I watched Bargain Hunt yesterday and used watch from start. If you press the rewind button the option should pop up on the screen.
