Yes i ordered my sky glass gen 2 through the app to take advantage of that offer and it was delivered unpacked and put on the stand and on my tv unit as i am a diamond v i p member to

I am Glad I will be in on Friday when the replacement arrives if they refuse to set it up and test it then I guess they will be taking it back as I will refuse the delivery.
Lets wait and see what happens

Unfortunately, sky have gone with no quality control for these tvs. They are all over manufactured rubbish. The gen 2 screen lasts about a year. If youre lucky to still have a warranty, theyll give you another one to hope it doesnt break.
