Returned Sky Glass Gen 2

I returned my Sky Glass Gen 2 in precect condition, today I received the following email.

 

They know I have mental health issues after trying to take my own life so they send this email after writing to the CEO office as I am not able to phone.

 

Just don't know what to do.

 

I do have photos to show it perfect as it left here and video of them collecting it.

I imagine it's a standard email. 

 

I'd suggest raising a formal complaint, enclosing the photos you took prior to the tv being collected..

Dirty, rotten underhand business practices. The logistics company clearly damaged it, probably by lobbing it into the back of the truck like they do. 

Shout, scream and protest this charge as hard as you can.

Legally you can show that it left your premises intact but not working as the video does not show them turning it on, so ask them what the damage has been done to make them make the full payment demand, then when they tell you point out you have video that shows it left you intact and you will be fine, if they say it has no picture refer to your video again and say that they did not test it ....

Same thing happened to me , I had sky air now being charged £509 for minor damage to the stand , I am housebound by illness I don't have £500 to pay am disputing it and they can take me to court , I don't have the money to pay

I took picture of it on the stand before packed 

I think scam going on , engineer uploaded photos rang his boss and then said have you seen the pictures , why would you say that if minor damage to stand 

if they don't drop the charge I want the tv back and will be cancelling my contract that's £150 a month I pay I'll move to virgin

i have necrotising pancreatitis just come out of ICU stress of this is gonna put me straight back , pain now is tenfold with all stress
