My sky stream remote is not working 

Batteries drain quick need to change everyday

My batteries in both my pucks that get daily use and have lasted just over 12 months.

I replaced the ones that came with my pucks on day one and changed to Duracell Power plus alkaline.

The batteries should last many months, so running out daily, would look at a new set of alkaline batteries.

Plus do a re pair once you've added your new batteries.

1. Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.
2. Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
3. Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select Continue

@Amrik3  The batteries in my remote were only lasting a few weeks and I contacted Sky who sent me a replacement and I had no problems after that.  Try the advice given by the other posters in this thread and if it is still not working request a replacement.
