Why is it so hard to come back to Sky without having to call?
I'm hard of hearing so I really struggle on the phone. I'm looking to switch from Virgin to join Sky Broadband and Sky Glass but it always say it can't be completed and to call.
So frustrating.

Hi @PaulW1970
You should be able to order broadband however re-enabling the Glass subscription does require calling them. Sometimes a back office team needs to undertake work to get you back up and running.
In terms of your accessibility needs, there are other ways to speak with Sky via their accessibility team: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/accessibility-information-sky-mobile-broadband-and-talk-customers
