Promised reimbursement

Spoke to an Hamad, sky advisor based in London, for urgent Sky Glass  2 installation. Hamad checked my account and due to being mis-sold multi screen, my high bill ( advised he will get this reduced by £30 a month )and several of my phone calls to Sky, will speak to his manager and get the £45 premium next day delivery, reimbursed back to me ( the premium delvery on Sunday 5th July was also late by 3 hours!  The £45 was taken out of my bank acount ( plus an extra £20 for the monthly Sky Glass paynent , totalling a £65 payment ) a few days later and has not been reimbursed back to my account, as promised . I am a Sky Diamond VIP customer and I am a little dissappointed with this.

Re: Promised reimbursement

VIP means absolutely nothing it's just a way of hopefully keeping customers as they move up the ranks a common practice.

As for your refund check your My Sky app the future bills section as credits take a little while to process and will appear against future monthly bills when done.

If no joy as above complaints procedure.
