All is working fine this morning so I didn't accept delivery of the new TV. I knew it was nothing to do with the TV but the guy on the phone yesterday was so adamant it was. I'm just hoping I dont get charged for not accepting delivery of the new TV.

@Michael1982 You should've kept tv handy to have a spare one as am sure be needed eventually

I couldnt keep it as it was an exchange and plus there was nothing wrong with the TV av got. I don't know why the guy from Sky was so adamant that the TV was the issue, it was obvious that it was a server issue.

As with many others my CW messed up a couple of days ago. I turned off Product Analytics option as suggested and then turned them back on once the CW had been removed from the screen. At first all seemed OK last night and the CW got repopulated correctly. However it is an even worse mess this morning. I am using a puck and Sky stream service with Wholeshouse service with a second puck connected to another TV. Both are the same. Very fustrating as when working properly it is a great feature.
