ITV X keep fast forwarding to the end of programme

Hi mine was doing the same - sorted. Go to "settings" then go along the drop of the screen on the options.

You will come to one that says "reset" say "ok" this will log you out and clear the "cache".

Once you log back in it works fine - no more starting the programme (Emmerdale) and then jumping to the end 👍

It's fine for me if you let the ads play. I wonder if Sky will refund the ad skipping charge while this issue goes unresolved?

Doesn't that delete all previously selected settings and play lists?

Yes it does - little update.... worked for an episode then started again !

When watching ITVX programmes from playlist the programme starts but after around 30 seconds it jumps to the end of the programm. When you restart the programme it plays OK till any adbreak then on resumption it jumps to the end of programme again. We do have the ad break facility added to our package. Can anyone help please.

Is anyone having trouble with ITV Player? For the past few days when I've been watching anything programmes have been jumping to the end. This has happened 5 or 6 times.

Just cannot watch anything on ITVX, tried all the fixes, nothing works. If the ad skip is the problem, Sky need to refund everyone for one month's subscription at the very least. For me wifi can't be the problem as my Sky Glass is connected via a Network Cable.
