Problem wth Glass

Over the last few weeks TV sound and picture keeps freezing Have reported this to sky and was told someone technical would call back but no one has. This occurred in the past as well We are now on our third router. Have been with sky over 25years. Would expect better service.

Have you checked the speed your tv is receiving from your router ? This can be done in the native Netflix app in the settings under check network 

 

often slow or interrupted WiFi can cause freezing issues .
