Subtitles on Sky Glass have disappeared - but TV says they are on
Subtitles were working this morning but now there are none - despite them showing as 'on' (English). Have tried switching off and on again; switched off TV for a few minutes but still no subtitles. They are shown as On in settings. Is there something wrong with the Sky Glass set?

Re: Subtitles on Sky Glass have disappeared - but TV says they are on
Hi @KM15
There have been reports of similar on the forum before. The only fix was to do a full factory reset. However I would seem the guidance of Sky before doing so as sometimes difficulties can be encountered.

Re: Subtitles on Sky Glass have disappeared - but TV says they are on
Thanks for your suggestion but strangely, the sub-titles have come back today. Yesterday they disappeared from all channels from about 11 am despite being shown as activated. Turning off the Glass TV did not make any difference as they were still missing when it was restarted. TV was on standby overnight and sub-titles were back when it was switched on this morning. Mysterious - but relived they are working again.
