Playlist is rubbish

Recently 'upgraded' from Sky Q to Glass. Really really disappointed with the playlist feature. I like to 'record' the American Football - but the new playlist which does not keep them in chronological order, some disappear and some do not get added at all. Completely fed up and wish I had never changed from the reliable and easy to use Sky Q recordings.

Hi @Spyglass and welcome to the forum.  Moving from Sky Q to the streaming platform is not really considered an upgrade but rather just a different way of getting Sky content but without the satellite dish.  Many would argue that Glass / Stream it is an inferior product but personally I love the streaming platform.

It is certainly not for everyone especially if you record a lot of programmes.  The playlist can at times be very confusing and jumbled as you have discovered.

You mention you have recently got Glass so maybe you are still within your 31 days cooling off period, if so you can cancel and return to Sky Q quite easily.

Re: Playlist is rubbish

Playlist is a mess.

Some episodes run first broadcast to last other last to earliest some show you've watched content others do not and watched indicator disappears. Content comes to the fore to supposedly show it's new for viewing but often updates already viewed content. It's not at all clear and can be confusing.

It's certainly better than it used to be @Gincap .  When I first got Sky Glass in mid 2022 the playlist for F1 was first to last and after each race weekend the list got longer so I remember near the end of the F1 season having to click through 180+ episodes to get to the current race broadcasts.  It was one of the reasons I ended up unsubscribing from Sky Sport.

@Fothergill1

I'm just finding the whole experience second time around so frustrating that issues from the earlier days still exist.

Yesterday I lost all live content it did return this morning, but I mean 🙄
