Playlist gone

Good morning all. I have seen this has happened a few times to others now, has anyone managed to solve the playlist disappearing? Mine has been gone for 2 days now on glass gen 2 and the puk.

I have unplugged everything and left it all for a good 30 minutes, carried out resets etc and still nothing back. 
spoken to tech this morning, and don't seem to have an answer for it?
