Frozen TV and puck box

My television and puck box keeps freezing. I have switched everything off and on at mains. It comes back on for a short while then all freezes again. I have gone into settings and reset. Still not working

How's your broadband? Glass & Stream pucks rely entirely on it being fast & stable. Run a network check from the Netflix app on each device to see the speed being received. You need a minimum of 25Mbps on each device for any sort of reliability.

This sounds like you may be having some local network issues or interference with your Sky Stream puck.

Having a good local network is a key factor for having a reliable experience with Sky Stream/Glass.

When you say television, is that a Sky Glass TV or just the TV you are plugging your puck into.

Can you please do a test via a network speed test on each of your Pucks or Sky Glass TV, if you have one.
Launch Netflix on your puck (or Sky Glass TV),  you  do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, over say a half hour period during tests.
What is your speed for each puck (or Sky Glass TV)?

Also, for you puck it may be suffering from interference, more often seen as an intermittent blip.
Not always a cure, but the following may help to resolve;
Make sure you have a good 6-8 inches free on all sides of the puck.
Do not stack the puck on top of any other device.
It is a good idea if you. An to have  the puck is in the open, not tucked away in a cabinet or sat directly behind the TV.
Make sure you have no other devices that can cause interference closeby, like cordless phones, radiators, baby monitors, smart meter in home displays, microwaves and the like.
