Re: BBC iPlayer continue watching
Hi @Deedee36 Yes I have the same issue with the CW rail. There is a thread HERE on the Glass board relating to the same issue. I notice some people also mentioning their playlist but mine is fine , it is just CW,
I have programmes reappearing from iPlayer, Apple TV, Ch4 and Discovery+. In fact 9 of 20 items on my CW rail are programmes that have mysteriously reappeared.
I replied to your post of the SU forum.

Re: Programmes Reappearing on the continue watching rail
I contacted sky and they said it sounds like an issue with my TV so they are sending me a new one. I told them I very much doubt the TV is the issue as its affecting lots of other people but they seem to think my TV may have been damaged in transit as I have only had it 5 weeks. I said I didn't have any issues when I first got it so it's obviously not the TV but the guy was adamant that it was. I know I will probably be posting on here again in the next few weeks.

TV apps still showing time left to watch when they have been watched until the end.
I have a Sky Glass TV. After watching programmes on the TV apps right through to the very end the apps still show that the programme has time left to run, the times vary from a few minutes to nearly the whole programme. This means that the programme stays there in the continue watching section. At first it was just the most recent programmes watched but now suddenly old programmes watched a while ago are appearing on the screen showing various times left to watch. At the moment there are 11 programmes showing that have been watched either recently or a while ago, there are 3 Prime apps, 2 BBC I Player apps, 1 Sky Witness app, 4 itv X apps, and 1 Paramount + app.

Re: TV apps still showing time left to watch when they have been watched until the end.
The playlist on SkyOS has always been somewhat random, never 100% reliable. Much of this is down to the server-based nature of the platform Sky/Comcast have chosen to host their service on.
All the apps and all of Sky's own content are hosted on these servers and with more and more customer switching to Sky Stream and Glass, they get congested. An app needs to send a notification of where a customer is up to in a programme or whether they have watched it completely to SkyOS, so that it can then update the customer's Continue Watching rail.
If the server is congested, with lots of people viewing at the same time, or a customer's home broadband network suffers a small bit of interference or speed fluctuation, the connnection to the server can be broken, even if just for a second, and this can affect how or if a correct viewing log is stored.
There's not a lot you can do about it, other than try to maintain as fast and stable a home network as you can, and by being slow and diligent with how you exit an app. Make sure you watch right to the end of the credits, don't crash out of an app back to the home screen. Give it a few seconds to log your viewing and send the information to the server and have it logged on your SkyOS account so that your Continue Watching rail can successfully be populated.
Being slow and methodical with how you use Sky Stream and Glass can really help give a smoother experience.

Hi @Yoghurt Sky are aware as it has been reported on the closed SU forum. It's really annoying though but at least I know it's at Sky's end and not my puck playing up.

Continue Watching Issues
Today my continue watching has now brought back loads of shows I have already seen till the end. I can't skip to last episode and remove anymore. The continue watching rail is now full. Anyone else having this issue today?
