Play.works pin

I am trying to put a pin on the play.works app but it won't do it even when I highlight the pin on. It does it fine for every other app.

I have tried the top request which turns on pin for all apps but then for some reason this app it then removes the pin request.

Hello @MBD86, we are aware of an issue when setting up PIN protection for the Play.Works app on Sky Glass/Stream and our teams hope to have a resolution in place asap.

Hi, has there been any progress with this yet? We're having lots of trouble with our 7 year old, not being able to parent pin this app!!

I am still awaiting an update to this. When ringing Sky and raising a complaint they just stated they will close the complaint as it couldn't be sorted. If the comments on here are true then Sky is still working on it

Can I add another parent to the list that really need the ability to pin protect or remove play.works. 

My 6 year old's behaviour is atrocious after spending time on it (especially the 'azelart' vidoes) and short of hiding the remote every day, there's nothing we can do to stop it
