Hi @XGeeX 

 

Usually points to poor connectivity. What broadband speed do you have and what speed is your glass getting? You can check in Netflix (Profile Pic > Get Help? > Connectivity Check)

 

Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD, 30Mbps for UHD and 35Mbps if using multiple pucks / Glass TVs.

 

You may get more stability using an ethernet cable, or homeplugs.
