I
I can't get my sky tv channels to come up it keeps coming up no signal. I have switched it off to reboot it but still getting the same

Hi @Rosemarie72
Try powering off your Glass at the mains. Reboot your router and wait for it to come back online. Then power on your TV.
If that doesn't work you will need to reset your network and try connecting to WiFi again as per this help article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-wifi-connection-osm
