Picture and sound synch.

I have sky glass and just noticed today on one channel only, the picture and sound do not synch. I have tried several things but makes no difference. Can someone help.

I have the same problem with one channel like you tried a lot of things this is on ITV 1

Have you tried anything. It looks like I'm going to have to get in touch with sky by phone or go to their desk at my local shopping centre.

If it's ITV that's the problem then try watching live via the ITVX app instead... at least until Sky fix their own live stream.
