Payments
Ok have had an email to say that my Sky Glass TV was paid off in December 2025 but payments are still being taken from my account. I need them stopped and a refund.

You would have 2 separate payments coming out, one for the repayment of the actual TV ( which was under a credit agreement), and the second monthly payment would be the Sky TV subscription. If you haven't cancelled your Sky TV subscription then you will still be charged for that monthly.

The Sky Glass TV is incorporated into the Stream bill into one payment. It's easy to see from the itemised bill whether there's still a specific charge for the Glass TV being taken.
