Your not talking to sky. This is a customer helps customer community. If you are outside your minimum term you can cancel or reduce your subscription.

The minimum content subscription on Glass is 'Essential TV' : without that it reverts to the digital terrestrial television tuner. You'll also need to eventually complete any outstanding finance repayments, although it's possible to request a temporary payment holiday.
