Not sure if you have been able to use the Paramount + app before on your Sky Glass and just having an issuing launching the app.
If so, what is happening when launching the app, any error messages?
If you have not used the app at all before on your Sky Glass and have the Sky Cinema pack, you need to activate your Paramount + first.
