Have you linked your P+ account with Sky as described here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-get-paramount-plus

 

If your having issues see advice here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-signing-up-paramount-plus

 

But you will need to provide more information for the community to assist. Is there an error message? What's the issue exactly? Remember we are not sky, we are fellow customers and know nothing about you, your setup or your issue unless you tell us.
