Since changing from sky q to sky glass paramount plus app is not working I have contacted sky they said the problem is with paramount I try to log in on the paramount app won't accept my password used all passwords I could think of still the same tried the forgot password says asks for email address then said will send link no emais came through checke spam nothing there either tried the qr code still not working tried online still not working tried my phone app still not working went paramount website same thing tried paramount help got the same instructions as I've already tried just cannot connect and yes we do have a current sky cinema package every other app is fine any help would be grateful slowly losing the will to live with this app

If you've activated Paramount+ on Sky Q, then upgraded to Sky Glass or Sky Stream, or moved from Sky Glass or Sky Stream back to Sky Q, you'll need to set up your Paramount+ account again.
Follow the advice in activation here;
