Paramount plus on screen error message

Changed from Sky Q and mini box over the weekend to Sky Glass Air and 2 additional pucks. All looks good apart from trying to open Paramount +. It shows that I have an account and that it will link to my email address but then I get an error message. "Uh oh. An error has occurred, but we're working on fixing it. We'll be up and running again shortly!"  This has been going on for 3 days now. When looking on MySky it shows awaiting activation but every time I try to look further on the MySky app or the website I get another error saying page no longer found. Paramount was working fine on my SkyQ. Have refreshed apps and rebooted all devices but still no joy. Tried speaking to Sky Virtual Assistant but this is no help at all and unable to find a phone number. Please help!

I'm having exactly the same issue. Was working fine until 5 days ago and now suddenly I have to reactivate and get the Uh-Oh an error has occurred. Please let me know if you get anywhere with this issue. I called sky the other day and got nowhere, ended up hanging up in frustration!

Hi, spoke to tech today and it's a known issue when switching from Sky Q. The Paramount plus account is linked to your Q account until the Q account is closed which could take over a week. The guy was really helpful and tried a few things but with no luck. He's going call me next weekend to check it is all sorted.
