Paramount + cannot login should be free with sky cinema

I have tried everything there is obviously a glitch we have sky cinema as part of sky cinema. You should get Paramount plus free. I've tried resetting the apps signing in and out but it will not sync with my sky account. It just won't give me the option to sign in and sometimes it even comes up in German it's really weird. It makes no sense at all. Has anyone been able to actually get Paramount plus like you should do for having sky cinema package

Yes works here. Have you actually activated your subscription in sky marketplace and linked the two accounts?  As per the instructions here& https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-get-paramount-plus

If so and it's not working try the instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-signing-up-paramount-plus

I get the You've already linked your Sky and Paramount+ accounts message. But despite this it still won't sign in.  I have tried everything it's crazy

Yes, there's something not right. I've tried resetting my password, but it won't let me do it.

Try logging in with your account details on your mobile phone then using the QR code on the sky glass screen to login with your mobile phone

What I did was pasted the link to Paramount + login & opened it on another browser. This allowed me to change my password & now it's finally working. Good luck.
