PIN won’t reset

I'm trying to reset my sky pin as our SKY glass had a melt down this morning and needed resetting. When I choose to make a new pin, I am allowed to do so but there is no option to continue or confirm the pin so I'm stuck on the new 'choose new pin screen' 

I have reset it on the website since but this doesn't seem to do anything

If you are stuck on the initial setup and cant get past the pin entry screen some users have reported that pulling the plug on the pin entry screen then plugging back in and resuming the setup skips the pin entry screen
