Hi @Leigh+Landy

It's usually the last 4 digits of your mobile by default. But if you have forgotten it say "forgot my pin" into your remote and reset it as per the instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-sky-glass-pin

Re: PIN number

Just had to factory reset my glass gen 2, knew the pin but says it's wrong, only work around is to go to the puk in the bedroom and put my pin in (the same one) then change it to the same one, what a mess about, what would we do if we didn't have the upstairs puk?

We'd be without tv downstairs until sky replied, hahaha it's becoming a joke. This TV was replaced the other day and has same poor picture issues, software bugs, freezes, picture skipping forward etc etc, and they're answer for everything is factory reset. All good until ya hit the pin fault. I suppose it's my connection at fault which is perfect on everything else in the house, or it could be that my TV stand is made out of glass and not wood.
