Our remote got wet and doesnt working

Hi, Our little boy dunked our rlsky glass remote in a cup of tea and now it doesnt work. How do we get a new one? Thank you

@Sarahdunne0109  You are able to request a replacement Glass/Stream remote online and is simple to request using the following link https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote


If you are signed into your My Sky app first it will auto fill the form for you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
