Did you sign an 18 month minimum term contract to get the offer?

If you're on the 31 day contract then yes, you can cancel Entertainment with 31 days notice. You will however, have to keep on paying for the TV itself, even though it becomes a big dumb monitor without a streaming TV subscription.

Ad @Jones_The_Cat indicates, the key thing to understand is that you've taken out a loan to purchase the television hardware, and the terms of that loan are that it must be repaid over either two or four years (or earlier) whether or not you are consuming Sky subscription content on the set: unlike the content subscription this cannot be 'cancelled' (and the television returned) on the monthly rolling contract.
