Oticon TV Adapter 3.0

I use this Oticon TV Adapter with my hearing aids and they work with a Samsung tv but I am wondering how to connect and use the adapter with Sky Glass.

I was thinking about a RCA to USB adapter but does anyone know if this is possible?. If it is what is the way to do it?.

@milliedaucus Sky Glass does not use RCA or USB, you need connect over bluetooth using a A2DP compatible headphone/hearing aid.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
